Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPeople seem to break things pretty often especially elevators and more recently the trash chute hatch . Parking is still a bit of a mess for those of us in building 1. Especially in extreme weather, it's obnoxious to have so few parking spots in front of the mailroom or at side entrances because we are unable to enter the loft building. Aside from the above and the general dirtiness of the hallways, it's a solid place to live.
