Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Vaug*@*.Com - |Recommended: YesI have been a resident here arbor a Dearborn for about a week. I have been treated with respect and as a welcome resident. It’s very convenient to be right across from the UofM Dearborn campus.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Soph*@*.Com - |Recommended: YesI really like living here so far. It is close to campus and I enjoy the 24 hour gym and the market that is also open 24 hours. The rooms are nice and spacious.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Hitansh D. - |Recommended: YesThe apartments are way better than what we expected. The facilities and ammentities offered are also incredible and any new or international student should try to get an apartment here.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Evan H. - |Recommended: YesFor what I get compared to what I pay and how convenient it is for being able to go to school, it’s great. I could complain, but I don’t need to.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Alyssa M. - |Recommended: YesI love the amenities offered at the union at dearborn, especially the gym and the 24 7 market. It is right across the street from campus making it a very convenient place to live.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Lindsey B. - |Recommended: YesI really like how convenient the location is, it's easy to walk to and from campus. The apartments are also really nice and fully furnished.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Riley P. - |Recommended: YesEverything is pretty okay. I enjoy it here and it’s generally a good place to live. Parking is an actual nightmare though, at least if I don’t want to walk a mile to my room.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Alfr*@*.Edu - |Recommended: YesLove the union has great service and price. I love how all of my expenses are under one bill. I can’t wait for the school year to start so I can use my desk.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Spencer W. - |Recommended: YesPeople seem to break things pretty often especially elevators and more recently the trash chute hatch . Parking is still a bit of a mess for those of us in building 1. Especially in extreme weather, it's obnoxious to have so few parking spots in front of the mailroom or at side entrances because we are unable to enter the loft building. Aside from the above and the general dirtiness of the hallways, it's a solid place to live.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Jalen R. - |Recommended: YesCome on. Y’all have to fix these side doors for none loft residents. That walk is far too long when we’re walking past 3-4 entrances already.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Brian A. - |Recommended: YesVery good facilities. I like the store on the first floor. It doesn't accept my cash though. That's definitely whack. Other than that, I fw the place.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Aeci*@*.Edu - |Recommended: YesFriendly staff who are available and helpful. Quick responses to maintainance requests and the apartments and facilities are clean and well maintained.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Kayla M. - |Recommended: YesConvenient because it is close to school. Nice that it is fully furnished. However, the maintenance is terrible. I have lived here for almost 4 years and I have had so many problems with maintenance. Either they take to long to respond to work orders or they don’t actually fix it when you put in a work order so you have to submit another work order. Also it is kinda noisy and many times the whole apartment complex smells like weed. Also, I don’t like that they don’t recycle.
