|Recommended: YesBetter than most dorms — rooms are relatively spacious and don't make you claustrophobic.
|Recommended: YesGood for the price — It's a great place to live if you're a student, affordable enough to have a minimum wage job and pay for the apartment and everything else you need. But you won't be living in luxury. My room and living room have minor problems but it feels impossible to get any maintenance people to fix them.
|Recommended: YesAwesome community — Great place to live. Such a friendly community and office staff. There were quite a few things that needed fixing all of sudden this month but maintenance has been timely and actually getting the job done. Everything is well organized and they hold community events for the residents which are pretty engaging with the other residents and fun. Honestly, this place is dope. Im def renewing my lease. Only thing I would recommend, im literally right next door to the trash room, so there can sometimes be a stench that lingers in my apartment, especially if the windows are up and take DAYS to get rid of as well as trash sometimes lingering right outside of my door. Would be nice to have the area sprayed or something. I be feeling like I'm walking into an area of bacteria and I've slight OCD. But I honestly couldn't ask for a better community of people. Thanks brahs

|Recommended: YesExcellent. Great facilities for affordable price — I have been a resident at the Union for 3 years now. All the facilities are incredible. I am not disappointed about anything yet. I am planinng to stay at the Union for another year. It's such a quiet, convinient place to live.
|Recommended: YesIt is alright — Boy, oh boy... Does this place absolutely REEK of weed My god The weed goes through the vents because half the people smoke in their bathrooms. But the stairs- oh the stairs I may as well have smoked my entire life living in this place. If I were drug tested, I would be absolutely screwed. Other than that, it is alright. I enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesIt's a decent property, better than most colleges. Great for freshmen — Great
|Recommended: NoMaintenance issues will eventually rear their head — Good amenities like WiFi, gym, work spaces, etc., but the downsides are massive. Maintenance repair rarely ever gets resolved, and there's no way to contact the department directly. Phone lines are minimal and communication otherwise is rarely answered - when they leave for the weekends, you're basically on your own. Overall it doesn't feel like anyone puts genuine work or care into helping residents, unless it's on their very arbitrary schedule.
|Recommended: YesThe property here is well maintained by the workers and it is well kept — Living here is pretty cool I feel like I'm at home and there is much to here at the Union and the surrounding area Everyone is nice and friendly
|Recommended: YesProperty looks great. a good place to be in. — Its a good place with a lot of facilities and with a great diversity
|Recommended: YesKept up to date. Nice rooms. Nice property — Living at the Union is very convenient because I can walk to my college in 5 minutes. It is also a step up from the regular college dorm life. There is a lot to do.
|Recommended: YesGood — Good
|Recommended: YesPretty Good Overall — My main issue is the people upstairs are extremely loud at odd hours and I’m not really sure how to make a noise complaint. It also appears that I have to pay a third installment of my first months rent. Very frustrating and unclear as to why.
|Recommended: YesGood placement, helpful people, not noisy, big rooms, well equipped — It's nice, everything is within reach, it's like living in the middle of a small city with all its residents for roommates
|Recommended: YesI like it — living in your own apartment but with three friends
