Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCome on. Y’all have to fix these side doors for none loft residents. That walk is far too long when we’re walking past 3-4 entrances already.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery good facilities. I like the store on the first floor. It doesn't accept my cash though. That's definitely whack. Other than that, I fw the place.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesConvenient because it is close to school. Nice that it is fully furnished. However, the maintenance is terrible. I have lived here for almost 4 years and I have had so many problems with maintenance. Either they take to long to respond to work orders or they don’t actually fix it when you put in a work order so you have to submit another work order. Also it is kinda noisy and many times the whole apartment complex smells like weed. Also, I don’t like that they don’t recycle.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything’s fine. For what I get, the rent isn’t as bad as many say it is. I get a room and bathroom to myself, WiFi, a gym, etc, I wish the WiFi was a bit better but no real complaints.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHallways are usually pretty dirty. Staff is always nice, but repairs typically take longer than they should. Communication is an issue. Had a new roommate come in this semester and my roommates and I were only notified the NIGHT BEFORE. Most of the fire drills here are not proceeded with a warning message leaving residents very startled and confused. Amenities are nice and the location is convenient.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNow that construction of the new rooms have ceased its gone back to being an average experience here. The construction of the room right next to mine would wake me very early and it was a day I would have class so it was a huge inconvenience. Still the union has it’s issues side doors with key fobs that don’t work, washing machine that don’t work, only mildly-warm water.
