Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat Place We get a room to ourselves, get to match with roommates having have interests A lot of amenities are offered here. The University is just across the street. We get to meet a lot of new people The only drawback is maintenance, it is very low and takes forever to solve even a small problem. Rest everything is great The staff is helpful and friendly

|Recommended: YesPlease tell the resident DO NOT USE BIG SPEAKER in the night. — The wall of my room is shaking. Because someone living upstairs is using BIG HEAVY LOW-FREQUENCY speaker in the night. Please tell them not to do that.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving at the union is enjoyable to meet new people, but the apartment room itself has not been extraordinary. There seems to be a gnat problem that my roommate and I have been trying to handle, and the bathroom drain is incredibly slow.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy everything here so far and it's also walking distance from University of Michigan - Dearborn campus, which allows me to get to class quickly and meet more people quickly. My main critique, however, is that there are quite a few problems with the apartment itself, most of them minor, and also was mostly not clean. However, after cleaning, the only impurities are the apartment problems.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been very good so far only issue that I’ve had is the the people upstairs are always up and make a lot of noise. But other than that management is really nice and the rooms are nice.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEveryone I’ve met here is nice and I like studying in the lobby. I’ve yet to explore most of the building so I still have to do that but I appreciate there being hammocks in the reflection room. Additionally, I like that there are AC units in each room.

Roommates are very nice.
Ameneties like ping pong table and the gym are a nice add.
Although the gym lacks some equipment.
