|Recommended: YesClean but could use tiny changes — It’s clean but it’s tough to get fixes around. The wifi has went out twice and no one replies back for emails. My roommates towel rack isn’t fixed since the start even after 2 complaints

Engaging and active community with all-year programs. The maintenance aspect could be improved upon timeline-wise but is always a 100 task whenever requested. Highly recommended.

Maintenance staff has addressed any maintenance issues in a timely manner and they have all been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the litter on the ground..

I have a total of 11 siblings, so I knew being on my own would be a tough transition. I did not expect the Union to feel like a home away from home, but living here has exceeded all of my expectations.
I used the roommate matching site to be paired with three strangers to live with for nine months. Needless to say, I was nervous as to how things would go. I am so happy to say that I have had the opportunity to connect with my roommates and other residents at the Union. I do not think that I would have made these strong friendships without being a resident myself and I cannot possibly explain how grateful I am.
Living at the Union feels like home. I know that if I need anything, I can trust the staff with assisting the problem. I can trust my roommates to have my back. These past two months have been nothing like I expected and I could not possibly be happier.
