Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have never lived in a dorm nor have I ever lived on a campus. It is very convenient to be so close to campus. So far, I am enjoying my time here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesA rewards page Pretty cool. The apartments look quite good as well. A 24 7 fitness area, pool table, basketball court, etc The big thing that's missing is an indoor and outdoor pool.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall I do enjoy living here. The rooms are spacious and having my own bathroom is the best. The staff is very nice and always able to help. I've had a roommate issue that really hasn't been taken care of after I've been contacting the leasing office for a while and they haven't seemed to return my calls.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood experience so far, but in some past events had some problems with the lack of organization in the administration not consistent information, they are very polite when they have a problem but if you did something wrong they are very disrespectful, most of time they do not fulfill what was said, etc

There are a few things that make you feel like you should be paying a little less, such as garbage in the hallways and stairwells that takes a surprisingly long time to clean up, and lack of full control over your AC and heating and the windows only open 2 inches, but the staff is very friendly and work orders get completed very quickly. There are a lot of events the staff runs as well, and there are conference rooms near the lobby where people can hold their own events. You pay a flat rate for everything, so really all you're paying for is rent and your own food, which is nice.
