Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice but the hallway carpets are looking a little rough. Maintenance has been prompt and helpful I wish we got a guide for how to lock the rooms because I didn't figure it out until I had been here a week and half Also wish there was an option for recycling
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe union is a very good place to live. All of the amenities and events are wonderful and do a good job of keeping everyone busy. However, I do wish that the union had better parking There are always people driving around looking for spots but there are none open. The only area that ever has open spots is the large parking lot at the complete other end of the building from my apartment. If I were to park all the way over there I would probably be late I think that the union needs to find a way to make more lots available within the vicinity of the apartments.

The only issues from time to time can be the overall cleanliness of the building, and the noise-level of others, but those must be difficult to fully control with so many residents. Other than that -- love it

They throw trash everywhere like it's a dumpster and wreck the study areas without even attempting to fix things, complete slobs.

Any time I have had even a minor problem, the staff has been super helpful and always have gone out of their way to make sure that everything's been taken care of. My favorite part is definitely the free cookies, though.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt has been great so far. The Volleyball tournament yesterday plus hot-dogs was a lot of fun. Mgr Bruce is very helpful and friendly. The lobby is clean as well the area outside my unit in the first floor.
