There are a fair number of community events for residents. However, maintenance around the community hallways, stairwells leaves some to be desired. Workout facilities are nice. Overall satisfied.

Maintenance response times for the most part are pretty fast, the facilities when they're clean are really nice, and the convenience of being across from both the mall and UM Dearborn is rly great. However, there are a myriad of problems with this place that prospective renters should be wary of. They don't clean very effectively. The hallways are dirty for most of the year. They're quick to fix small things they own, but of it's something they need to order or licenses by another company, they'll take a year to fix it. The washing machine on the third floor of building one has been kaput for over six months now. I've called maintenance and they refer me to the parent company. I call the washer company and they don't do anything. The rent is rather high

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe area which is shared among roommates is very nice. Although problems may arise with roommates concerning cleaning and such, all you have to do is speak to those people and try to solve that problem.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNoisy people and the building is always dirty. Staircase lights being out and not getting fixed for weeks, garbage bags and fast food bags around every corner, over priced food and rent. Not up to par for the amount of money I pay to stay here.
