Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been able to call the Union my first, second home. If that makes sense. This was the first place I have lived in my own. My experience has been wonderful since the day I’ve walked in. The staff are college students who understand everything we go through. The Victors Den allows a great place to study, hang with friends or play games when bored, and the apartments themselves are new I have truly enjoyed my stay at the Union, with the main problems pertaining to parking and lack of access to the doors near the overflow lot.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHonestly, I loved some parts of it proximity to school, nice roommates, etc. but I also disliked some parts EXTREMELY noisy neighbors, things breaking a lot, and unforgiving rent reminders during times of crisis and uncertainty . I enjoyed my time there overall, but my interactions with management give me the impression that the head honchos are more greedy rather than caring for their residents, especially in regards to the current pandemic.

|Recommended: NoPoor Maintance Staff Response — Made Mutiple complaints and maintance request about Living Room Heater not functioning and not toilet flush having running water since the day I moved into the unit.
To this day after 6 months the heater and toliet have not been fixed. Lived through the winter by buying a personal heater to heat the unit.

Hands down, my favorite part has been the resident-based events that the Union has had since I began living there. They keep everyone engaged and allow for you to meet new people.
