Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience at The Union at Dearborn is largely very positive. I moved into one of the loft apartments which was most ideal.
Beyond the comfort of the unit however was the service. Whenever I had a problem I always felt as though my needs were being given full attention by the staff. Many of them are students as well which makes for a unique atmosphere in the office that is very welcoming.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat community expieremce where interaction with others is encouraged and easy to find. A lot of organized events to help get yourself out there and meet new people as well as a very strong sense of community togetherness.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy resident experience at the Union has been positive overall. It's a nice place to live with a great market and gym. My only complaint is how thin the walls are.
|Recommended: NoLack of in-time maintenance — The request of maintenance had always been completed without real fix. The washers and dryers need more frequently cleaning.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesForm the most part it is enjoyable so far. Both roommates aren't too loud and are fairly pleasant. Biggest issue is the occasional buildup of trash in the little room which happens to me next to our apartment, which causes out entire apartment to stink if trash builds up. At least it gets cleared out eventually recently. There was a lack of communication recently regarding payments and fees, but that was solved with a single phone call. Other than that, it is fairly enjoyable, considering.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI would recommend the Union at Dearborn for anyone who is looking for accommodation. I had a good experience staying at the Union. Easy to commute to the university and a nice opportunity to meet new people.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe facilities of this place are super nice, but they could stand to be cleaned more often. Management could have significantly better communication, however. There were multiple fire drills conducted that nobody was notified of ahead of time. I'm glad they were done at all, but blindsiding people with that is unacceptable.
That all said, while the rent might be a little high, the location right by Ford and the University cannot be beat.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe 4 bed 4 bath apartment was spacious. The facilities have many amenities and activities for residents. Things are well maintained and maintenance was done timely upon request.
