Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience so far the the Union has been second to none. I've made lifelong friends and had the time of my life since I came here in 2017. Not to mention, my grades have improved since I started living here along with my social interaction as well. The Union At Dearborn is definitely the place to be

Has it allowed me to make lifelong friends and take leadership positions I never thought were possible. The atmosphere is great and you can tell things are changing for the better. Definitely the place to be
|Recommended: YesOverall good, but noise and ventilation need to be improved — It's convenient to live here, close to school, easy to rent, parking available. But there are a few unpleasent things. First, the sound insulation of the walls is awful, you can hear clealy what your roommate is saying. Second, the ventilation is not good, if your roommate is cooking something with a strong smell, you have nowhere to hide, the cooker hood is just a decoration. And sometimes people party too late, you can hear them shouting and running. But besides these things, union is a good choice, staff are always helpful and room is nice.

The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24 7 are rarely crowded and the play area in the victors den is amazing. I love the convenience of the elevator and a big parking lot. ..a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

We try our best to find every resident that is smoking in our building. When we get a call about the smell, or when we smell someone smoking ourselves, we go and find them and hand out smoking violations. We are trying our best to help students during these tough times as well, but due to housing regulations, we are unable to just let everyone out of their lease.
