Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community is great and everyone is kind welcoming. Even when I had some maintenance issues I knew that the staff wanted to help me which was reassuring. Overall it is great to be so close to campus and have the luxuries which the union offers.
|Recommended: YesToo Many Maintenance Issues — Everything about the apartment complex is great, with the exception of the amount of maintenance issues I have had just living here for one year. My washer-dryer unit has had to be replaced three times and my dishwasher has had issues twice. The maintenance staff usually gets things done in a somewhat timely manner, but I have never received update without reaching out on my own.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like the staff, I've become acquainted with most of them, only thing is the utilities run out of commission after some months. Currently, our fridge has been leaking for a month and our bathroom light has gone out.

During the pandemic, we made sure to utilize our downtime when most students were away from campus and create new amenities for this upcoming year. We apologize for the slight construction, but this year will be better than ever!
