Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBest place to live I would say. The rooms are in great condition and well designed to prove affordable housing to the nearby University of Michigan Dearborn campus. There are very few things I can complain about here at the Union, but if there were any improvements i would like to see it would be a little more nearby parking I don't mind the walk in nice weather but during winter months it can be a struggle and maybe an increase of equipment in the gym but I am a frequent weight lifter . Overall my experience has been great at the Union in Dearborn
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Union is very nice and clean. I like how they occasionally have events for us too. My only complaint is not being able to key into the loft building if you live in the other buildings because that's a far walk in the cold.

It is close in distance to the colleges and offers a fitness center in the downstairs lobby as well. There are multiple study rooms and great activity opportunities available to make friends.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Union at Dearborn is a very decent place. It's convenient and very safe, and anyone and everyone is willing to help you. However, the place can look a little gross and sometimes service takes too long, such as filing for a repair form.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yes2 minutes walk form UM-Dearborn campus which is very convenient especially in a snowy weather. Rent is a little bit expensive for a 10 month lease.
