Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThere are lots of things to do around here all the time, which is a plus. I just wish they would change the batteries in the smoke detector out in the hallway.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving here is nice and convenient but it does have a few problems. Matnince is slow and charges us for things we didn't do and you have to pay 200 to switch apartments which I find uneeded. But living here over all is great
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Only downfall is you can hear everything, your roommates, the people above you, and the people in the hallways. I love the fact that I have my own lock to my bedroom and my own separate bathroom.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPeople are pretty nice and helpful if you need anything, but loud parties happen often and there seems to be a lot of people that don't clean up after themselves. The ammenities are lovely and the pricing is about appropriate, but maintenance response time is anything but consistent. On issues of relatively the same importance, it took anywhere between a day to a week and a half to get any sort of resolution on the problems.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall I've enjoyed living here. The rooms are nicely arranged, it's at a convenient location, the price isn't too outrageous. However, some things can improve like cleanliness, especially the trash rooms. Also the bathrooms outside the victors den get extremely messy and there's hardly any toilet paper. Also, especially now that it's below freezing most days, I think all residents should be able to enter through the loft doors.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, my experience so far has been very good. The activities and common areas hosted by the union has been very good and enjoyable. The only thing that I would say was a big negative to me so far was that the elevator was broken for a few weeks before getting fixed.

I keep seeing trash everywhere because of some lovely residents whp think highly of themselves. don't even get me started on rent a month.
