There are issues of the fire alarms going off and no one emailing about it the first time, the people at the front desk not listening when I tell them my name instead of just reading my ID, the noise levels of the people above me are outrageous and I can’t tell if they’re too loud or if the Floor ceiling is thin. Most of my issues are with neighbors or the staff though.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love the people in the apartments, my neighbors and such, because they're all really nice and welcoming. I decorated my door for Halloween, and people in the halls and my neighbors have complimented me on it almost every time I leave my room.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThings are going alright, I think. I don't really interact with the staff too often but I'm pleased with everything. The railing in the stairwell at the end of building 100 is broken so that needs fixing but other than that good work.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have lived at the Union for the past 2 years and this is my 3rd year here. I recommend it to anyone attending U of M dearborn or HFC. It is a really unique housing situation for college students and I don't think anyone will regret living here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far, I think that everything is pretty smooth. However, I feel as though there should be more than one person able to move a new inhabitant in. The current system is extremely inefficient and quite frankly deplorable.
