Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis place is great. The apartments are nice and kept up. The staff members are polite. The Union even holds a handful of events, which are fun. The neighborhood is wonderful, right next to the mall and within walking distance of the colleges.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFront desk has almost always been helpful in resolving issues. Fellow tenants have been nice. Internet outages have been an issues lately. Rates are fare, but the common areas and hallways could be cleaner. A carpet steamer could go a long way...

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's fine and the staff are nice. The walls are really thin though so if your roommates have people over or people are talking out in the hall you can hear just about everything
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice living space but it is usually messy probably due to unruly residents. It seems like people living here need to be held to be at least reminded to treat our community with common decency because I think some couldn't care less.

For example the basketball court being closed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are great and include a lot of things. The events held in the Victors Den are also very amusing and are held frequently. It's really nice.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yessafe place to live, surrounded by good people and close to all your major stores. definitely stays on the quieter side here. just needs to be a bit cleaner, otherwise i have no major complaints.
