Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe amenities are good, I like the on-site 24 7 stop and go center, and I like the gym. My unit is also very nice and the people in the front office are very friendly. However, I have had some issues with response to service requests and maintenance upkeep.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living within my 4 x 4 unit because my roommates keep our place decently clean. Although, The elevators malfunction frequently, the stairways are dark and the walls in them are filled with writing. The hallways need to be deep cleaned to remove leaking garbage stains. I do not enjoy maintenance making repairs while I am not home. The facility itself needs work but you can make your individual unit enjoyable to live in , if you can afford it.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesApartments are nice, well furnished. Definitely a step-up from dorms. Maintenance staff is very helpful and prompt. Staff is helpful. There are a fair number of community events for residents. However, maintenance around the community hallways, stairwells leaves some to be desired. Workout facilities are nice. Overall satisfied.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice, but very expensive. Service requests often take very long to be completed. There is often smoke smell in hallways and coming into apartment from other places.

However, my roommate and I have had problems with different odors in the hallways, or excessive parting from neighbors. Nothing too extreme, just things that can be annoying during certain times at night.
