How the room you are shown and the room you are given is not the same. Everything you may want to do to decorate your room is in some way, shape, or form is prohibited in the contract you must sign. You can not make your room feel like home when you can not place items on the wall out of fear for violating the contract.

My unit is also very nice and the people in the front office are very friendly. However, I have had some issues with response to service requests and maintenance upkeep.

Although, The elevators malfunction frequently, the stairways are dark and the walls in them are filled with writing. The hallways need to be deep cleaned to remove leaking garbage stains. I do not enjoy maintenance making repairs while I am not home. The facility itself needs work but you can make your individual unit enjoyable to live in , if you can afford it.

Staff is helpful. There are a fair number of community events for residents. However, maintenance around the community hallways, stairwells leaves some to be desired. Workout facilities are nice. Overall satisfied.
