We have actually removed the loft key fob from the interior of the loft doors, you can walk out to the big lot from the inside now. We are in the process of changing the exterior doors as well, you can expect it to be changed very soon! If you have any other problems, please reach out and let us know!

In the end I feel like I wasted money for two years even though it wasn't all bad. I bonded with roommates and made friends, it's just previous management soured my experiences

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall my stay here has been fine. The apt is modern and maintenance responds quickly. My only complaint would be the thin walls, which allows neighbors to always be heard.

Whenever you have problems with noise, please call our On-Call Service or the office. We will go to the apartment and let your neighbors know that they need to be quieter. We want you to have the best experience you can, please let us know whenever we can do anything to help.

That said, it's hard to beat being so close to the University

Does not make me want to live here and does not show that the union really cares about residents

I believe it could be improved by adding 30 min only parking spots on the side of the building facing the mall, so that the residents don't feel they have to stop by the door and turn on their hazards creating a safety concern just so they can carry their laundry or groceries in because the other parking spots are too far away.
