Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like it at the union, it’s a great and convenient experience. It is great for out of state students, they have a market, weight room, basketball gym, and the rooms are very nice and clean on move in.

Hands down, my favorite part has been the resident-based events that the Union has had since I began living there. They keep everyone engaged and allow for you to meet new people. |Recommended: NoOverall pretty nice place to live if you are an easy going person but if your not it might not be the place for you. — Everything is pretty nice but things got broken pretty easily in my apartment like the sink in my bathroom barely drained and im pretty sure my roommates had the same issue, a couple of our cabinets came loose like the nails began to come out, the light fixture right in front of our main door was loose off the ceiling, our microwave handle only was attached on one end, my rooms only source of lighting was the lamp plugged into the wall and the window. Other than that its a pretty nice living space. Outside of our room in the building was alright, it seemed like the room to throw your trash was always nasty and sometimes full so people would just keep their trash outside of the trash shoot or outside the door depending on how full the room was, the railing in one of the stairways was on the ground for probably a month. Theres a light fixture thats been broken since the beginning of the second semester i would say and its still broke to my knowledge which is probably around 3 months. There would be little pieces of trash in the stairways 90 of the time. The halls always had different odd smells to it. Im not a picky person and i don't really care about the things that i listed but im just telling it how it is. Overall my experience at the union was pretty nice, like I said i don't really care about things like that but other people may. Its a pretty nice place to live but I would suggest living at home if its not a super far drive or staying with friends in a rental house nearby because if you were to split the cost of renting a house between 5 people you probably wouldn't have to pay as much for rent and you might like it better if you just lived in a house with a little bit more freedom and not worrying so much about things like inspections and making sure everything stays in tip top condition so that you won't end up being charged.

|Recommended: YesWall is thin AF — If you have a roommate who like to party and you have a room that is close to kitchen and living room, good luck for you sleeping schedule.
|Recommended: YesIts convenient — The pricing is quite high, but the location is convenient and they give you a lot of opportunities to engage with other people and students. An overall good experience.

Aside from the new building and possibly amenities received dysfunction at certain points the fans , I have no issue elsewhere. I love having a lot of students around and I love going to the big gathering events.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI really can' t complain about much except that my air conditioner controller doesn't work. For me at least everything is convenient, staff are friendly, and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely matter.
