Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHoneslty, it was a very good experience. It was definetly on the expensive side, but nonetheless a great room. I hope that the gym will be open next semester.
|Recommended: YesGood apartment for students - affordable and safe — It's a good apartment for students. It is affordable and safe. But the heating and cooling system could be better. There is some kind of humid environment during summer because of the AC units. Winter heating is okay, did not cause much problem.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThese apartments are fantastic. I love the area. Being has been generally good for me. Having my school Henry Ford next door and having my job at the mall next door as well was an amazing benefit. The staff here are beyond nice and helpful. They always greet with a smile and even when we bump into each other through the building we talk as if we known each other for years. The people who live here are also great. I had great roommates we got along well and I’m glad the union made it to where I could look for people who shared the same values as me. Alll in all its a 10 out of 10
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood place to live but very expensive. The halls and stairways can be kind of dirty but altogether I'm glad I lived there during the school year. Wish that they were a bit more willing to help us out with COVID though.
|Recommended: YesClose to colleges — Overall it is good and most people are nice. Also there is an open place called victors den where you can study with your friends.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty ok, the neighbors were really into pot and cigarettes which made the hallway smell which wasn't too cool. There was this one guy who'd always come do laundry at 4 am which also wasn't too cool, especially since he was pretty load in the laundry room and I was next door to the laundry room. Otherwise, everything else was pretty ok.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience at The Union at Dearborn is largely very positive. I moved into one of the loft apartments which was most ideal.
Beyond the comfort of the unit however was the service. Whenever I had a problem I always felt as though my needs were being given full attention by the staff. Many of them are students as well which makes for a unique atmosphere in the office that is very welcoming.
