Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI wasn’t really there for the pandemic, but the time I was there, it was ok. I miss the window view of the mall, but I can focus on my work a little better.
|Recommended: YesPros and Cons — Really nice location if you like the mall and ordering in food. Have been having problems with people living above us making a lot of noise, and things like the cabinet doors and appliances have had their fair share of issues. Overall it is a pretty good first apartment space for college students.
|Recommended: YesClean and affordable student housing — For the few times that I have needed to go on campus it is just a short walk across the street. Before I moved in I was expecting a good amount of noise coming from the rooms near me, but I can really only hear my roommate if he talks loudly. If you renew your lease early for next semester or year you can get an even better deal than what you were paying at the start.
