|Recommended: YesParking Availability — The parking availability is an issue for the 4 by 4 rooms, since we the residents who live in 4 by 4 rooms, the large parking lot is too far from the building exit and too much walking, it is extremely inconvenient in winter. But in overall I would remain here for its community quality and safety.

|Recommended: YesHome away from home — Moving from another country is hard. But the staff at The Union made it easier. From signing the lease online to move-in. The experience was great. Finding a parking gets difficult sometimes. My unit was not ready on move in day due to some internal miscommunication between the staff so I had to wait 3 days before I could move in. Apart from that everything has been great so far. The units are spacious and well furnished.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Union is a great place to mix and mingle. The area has everything one could ever need ranging from, shopping, restaurants, to movie theatres. The staff is great and the rooms are very nice.

|Recommended: YesHigh end living at a bargain price. — This place is a steal of a deal. High end finishes, fully furnished , and utilities included slam dunk . Shhh don't let the word get out.
|Recommended: YesThe biggest problem I have is the use of cannabis in the building and the smell that lingers constantly. I wish there was more enforcement on the use of this drug in the facility. — Convenience and security.
|Recommended: YesIt is a very nice space for students — Its a very nice place, but a little overpriced. When I have the TV off I can hear the neighbors talking, it is not very well sound proofed, and the place is a little cold in terms of insulation, even with the heat on.
|Recommended: YesLate Fees — We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are still charging late fees for students waiting on their financial aid.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall things are great but things need to be fixed more quickly. And you shouldn’t hold tenets responsible for damage caused by a lack of repair to pipes or air conditioning unit. I lost my brand new computer only weeks after moving in, it was a hassle having to deal with insurance and I still had a large deductible. And for a brand new computer was awful.
