This floorplan comes fully furnished, along with a Twin-XL sized bed. This is also an individually leased floorplan, meaning that you get your own bedroom and share a common area with other students that we can roommate-match you with! Utilities are included- a TV with Cable, High Speed Internet, HVAC, Electricity, and Trash Valet pickup all bundled into the monthly installment! The kitchen also comes equipped with all major appliances including a Fridge, Microwave, Stovetop, Oven, Dishwasher, and Sink.
