The guarantor must submit a separate completed application.

The guarantor must have a gross, household income equal to or greater than four times the total monthly amount.

The guarantor’s credit history and score will also be verified and must be favorable. We require a credit score of 650 or above but may accept a credit score of 550-649 with additional conditions.
